Since it really isn’t true anymore, anyway.

So… how’s it hangin’? Comments are appreciated. Criticism welcome. Hatred looked upon with a smile and a rueful shake of the head. Pancakes optional, but preferred.

So, I’ve been thinking about changing gears again in a couple of issues. I always sort of envisioned BoOB as an animated series. Not that anyone would produce it, but I script it as such. (Hence the 22 page/minute format.)

Sweet Jesus it’d be hard to make that many comics in a minute.

So, changing gears. Like I said. Animated series, yadda. So, Issue/Episode Thirteen would be the end of the first “Season” of BoOB and I’m actually kinda tired of drawing so much sex. I know, weird, huh? I’m sure as soon as I stop doing it the… hunger will return, but what can you do? I guess I could still draw sex…

God damn it, don’t let me get off on a tangent like that.

So, if you’ve been around for a while, or have read the whole of the series, you might know that I have a few other projects on the back burner. Like the graphic novel(s) starring Cliff, called “Son of Man” or say, Drugs the Cat, a political comic strip. (Which has made a few cameos in BoOB) Hell, I could even try my hand at that Titties in Space comic again, but that one is Porn, too, which sort of negates the premise. I like BoOB more that TiS.

And that damned Fantasy epic me and my best friend are writing (the one with the shitty drawing of a dragon from a few fillers ago), or the Silver-Age Style superhero comic that my cousin wants me to draw…

Lots of stuff.

So what I’m saying is, I’m probably going to take a break from BoOB after Issue Thirteen and do something else for a while. Would that be anathema to anyone? Everyone?

Oh well.

Starting March 1st, new comics won’t be fully shaded. I’m sorry to do this, but I’m having a really hard time keeping up with updates, and this seemed like the best thing to do. Basically, I thought that if I were to cut one thing on the spectrum of time spent versus least net effect, the shading was the best/least terrible choice.

We’ll see what happens. I might change my mind.
